4. B2B Wholesale Terms

For B2B wholesale orders, the following specific terms apply in addition to any separate Wholesale Agreement:

• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): MOQs are strictly enforced as per the pricing tiers displayed on the B2B page unless explicitly negotiated in writing.
• Payment Terms: Standard payment terms require a 50% advance to initiate production, with the remaining 50% due prior to dispatch, unless otherwise agreed.
• Lead Times: Quoted lead times are estimates and commence only upon receipt of advance payment and final approval of samples/proofs.
• Custom Branding: We are not liable for any trademark or copyright infringement arising from custom logos or designs supplied by the buyer.
